Weight Watchers Weigh In: Week Eight

I almost forgot! This morning I weighed in at 187lbs which means I've lost 0.5lbs this week & that's alright by me.

I'm down 13lbs in total and my jeans are looking mighty fine.

Just 7lbs til my July 1st goal of 180lbs.
Just 27lbs til my final goal of 160lbs.
