The Newest Sitsation

Over the past couple of days Gretchen has become a really stellar sitter (if supported a little with the nursing pillow to save her from unfourtunate tumbles onto her back). It's so incredible to see her sitting up like a little girl instead of our tiny baby.

This evening we spent some time practicing The Sit outside in our new yard on our pretty new porch.

I love how she puts up her chicken wings for balance.

Note: Please take a moment to admire my delightful "Birk Tan", as I call it. I realize my feet just look dirty, but I promise it's just the tan line from wearing my Birkenstocks almost 24/7.

Hmm, sitting? Teething? Nuclear fission is next.

What an amazing girl.
