Fawned Friday

Today is the start of the long weekend -- time for plant sales, the farmer's market, yardsailing, gardening & spending time with family.

And to start things off -- some Friday fawning, just for you:

01. This blogger is such a dear & her new layout is really something special.

02. Our cats would totally dig these.

03. This photo makes me smile every single time.

04. Love these jars. I'm a sucker for glass jars. I also really want to learn the art of canning.

05. I love this beautiful woodland growth chart. Such a fun way to watch your little one grow.

06. And of course, I love this tea print. Can't help myself.

07. I really just love the word satchel. (But not as much as Spike Lee.)

08. Beautiful dream memories, committed to paper. What a lovely idea.

09. I can't stop looking at her photos.

10. More wire basket love. This mama will have her chickens someday.

11. Duck, duck, salt & pepper shakers.

12. These bowls are brilliant.

13. Such sweet little pink saucepan.

14. Dot-to-dot garland love.

I just love Fawned Fridays!
I just got a little yellow pan like that pink one at Value Village a couple of weeks ago. I put in in Poppy's wooden kitchen.
I think it is time I make another list of finds too :)

This is probably my favourite (if not on my top 3 list) Fawned Fridays of all time.
I don't know why exactly, but I think it's the simplicity of it. Some of my favourite things are listed, too.

When are YOU going to get chickens?? They are such a great pet and little one would love them. I take Honor out every day to watch them and toss them treats.

I do love your Etsy finds. Really, you never fail to cheer me on Fridays!!

If you lived closer, I would TOTALLY teach you to can. It is not hard at all. I do peaches and applesauce every year. This year I am going to do beans and tomatoes too.

I really do want to get chickens, but it's a little trick where we live right now.
There's a bylaw against them, and though I do know people who keep them, my own neighbours aren't especially thrilled at the idea :(
Someday when we live elsewhere I'll most definitely be raising a little flock of my own!
