Day 04: A Friend I Adore

There are some seriously creative folks in my life. One that stands out this year, is this gal:

Meet Lucky Jackson. An insanely talented artist, and the mastermind behind 365 Lucky Days, her newest endeavour, to make one work of embroidered brilliance, each day for a year. I've spotted this lovely lass all over the blogosphere this month and I'm SO happy to see her following growing and growing. She paints, she works with textiles and she made one of the best onesies Gretchen's ever worn.




I first met her at an Art in the Park, back in October 2008. I've been in love with her work since then, mes amis, and I bet you'll fall in love too.

She's a beautiful mama, to the sweetest redheaded girlies, and I always feel inspired when she's around. So yes, Lucky Jackson is a friend I adore... might be time to invite her over for some tea!
